Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods or promotional drops, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll keep you updated.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
International Orders Brothers inc. ships worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
